3. Personal Data We May Process

In connection with our website and commercial relationships, we may process information such as names, business email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, job titles, correspondence, service inquiries, account information, billing information, and other information voluntarily provided to us.

When our messaging infrastructure is used to deliver communications, we may process information necessary to route, transmit, secure, and report on those communications. Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide contracted services, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, comply with contractual commitments, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements.

Message content is not intended to be retained beyond what is technically necessary for transmission, except where temporary processing or buffering is necessary for delivery, retries, troubleshooting, security, or another authorized purpose.
